Other Services

We are in the innovation business: there is always something new in the works:

recycle & reuse

We can now remove labels and capsules from empty bottles in preparation for recycling and reuse thereby facilitating a closed-loop system that reduces waste, conserves resources, and minimizes the carbon footprint of glass.

carton trimming

We have automated the carton trimming process and can now remove the lids from cartons to produce a tray pack for distribution to large box retailers.

Our Goal

Our high-speed, technology driven solutions are offered through a services model and priced on a per case basis: we deliver precision, consistency, speed and quality in an environmentally compliant and safe way. Our primary focus is 750 mL glass bottles of varying formats and shapes although we can also work on 187mL-1.5L sizes if needed. Pricing starts at ~$3 / case: a sample case and branding elements are needed in order to provide a detailed proposal.

B-2

Double headed polishing and buffering machine that can be used to: remove dust, polish defective bottle coatings and remove excess glue (from de-labeled bottles).

B-3

Automated in-line eight headed cork removing machine.  In-line de-capsuler able to remove capsule prior to cork removal.  Positive displacement micro-doser head gives winemaker the ability to add precision elements such as SO2 prior to pulling a vacuum and cork replacement.

B-4

Quad headed de-label (label stripping) and buffering machine with ability to spot and remove front, back and neck labels.  This is the workhorse of the label-replacement service.

B-5

High speed, twenty-four headed decanting machine capable of processing ¼, ½ and full size 750mL bottles (screw caps or corks).  Machine can be spaged with nitrogen or argon to create a completely inert environment to protect wine from dissolved oxygen issues during decanting.

B-6

Complementing the B-5, high speed single head de-capsuler, de-corker and screw cap remover.

B-7

Inline box / shipper “de-capitation” machine for removing the top of a conventional shipper for delivery of wine in a tray format for large box retailers.

B-8

Fully automated, in-line wax machine capable of simple “coining” application to precision custom wax needs. Ability to quickly swap wax SKUs / colors and change individual SKU waxing profile.

Production speeds vary in accordance with the overall profile of each project.

About Us

What We Do

We are a technology driven services Company focused on the wine and liquor industry.  Our services focus on the post-production (including re-branding and re-work) elements of the wine and liquor sector.  Services include the removal and replacement of labels, capsules and corks from glass bottles using high-speed, precision, custom-engineered equipment.  Our goal is to significantly enhance the options available for wine & liquor brand and inventory asset management.

Pricing & Performance

Pricing and contract timing is available upon request and is dependent upon scope of services and specific features of the bottle and branding.  We are focused on achieving production speeds typically associated with the bottling industry and employ technology that ensures consistent, high quality results.

Our Team

We are an entrepreneurial, innovation focused team with design / engineering, custom fabrication, industrial processing, finance and beverage industry expertise.

Our Goal

Provide our customers with flexible, cost-effective, bespoke solutions for managing and optimizing wine asset-inventory in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner.

Waxing

Background

Our high speed, custom, automated waxing solution for 750mL and 1.5L bottles was built with the idea of bringing complete flexibility around the selection of both wax color and seal profile.  The equipment can accommodate a broad range of wax types and customers can choose from a list of standard seal profiles or work with the team to create a custom solution which can be saved to a specific SKU.

We have the capability to simply place wax over a cork and coin the bottle.  This can be left as a finished product or the coin can be used to fill in the space of a recessed cork prior to single or multiple dips.  The finished edge of the wax seal can be straight or tapered and oriented to a label position.  We are also able to stamp or emboss the top of the wax seal.

We require the technical specifications of the bottle and wax plus the lot size in order to quote a job.  Please consider carefully case goods needed to accommodate finished goods following the application of a wax seal.

Integrating Brand Elements

We view waxing as just part of an integrated brand package.  We encourage customers to consider selecting a wax and precision label package.  Once bottles are loaded on the line, all elements of the branding process are completed automatically.  This ensures that  inventory is processed in a way that preserves the clean, polished appearance.
